Service Description

ViVo Intel provides AI-powered video monitoring with privacy-preserving architecture. The service includes a desktop application for on-premises processing and a cloud platform for event reasoning and management.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of video monitoring complies with all applicable local laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary consent from individuals being monitored.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data processed by the system. On-premises data — video, embeddings, identity mapping — remains entirely under your control. Cloud-processed event metadata is stored securely and can be deleted at your request.

Limitation of Liability

ViVo Intel is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to security incidents that the system fails to detect.
