Raw video footage, face embeddings, and identity mapping are processed and stored exclusively on your local device. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Only structured event metadata (zone, activity type, timestamps, anonymized staff identifiers) is transmitted to the cloud for AI reasoning and search. No biometric data, video frames, or personally identifiable information is included.
We use Mistral AI for event reasoning (event metadata only), Stripe for billing, and standard email services for notifications. Each processes only the minimum data required.
